Build a focused growth plan

Choose the next customer action before choosing more tools.

Start with the customer’s next step

Marketing surrounds the product; it does not replace the creator’s teaching. Decide whether the next useful action is learning about the offer, joining a list, applying for help or purchasing.

Marketing is organized into Plan, Create, Follow up and Results. Plan contains Growth plan, Funnel Builder and the relevant research or source tools. Create contains Sales video, Lead capture and Campaigns. Follow up opens Emails. Results explains recorded activity and the next action. Saved tool visibility still determines which optional shortcuts appear. The growth plan connects the relevant destination, campaign assets and follow-up; the product’s Sales page remains its public offer editor.

Use a shared brief

Use Your product brief · reused here to inspect the audience, useful outcome, offer, pain points and creator story across marketing tools. Edit shared product brief opens the common interview and offers a return to the tool you came from. Blank audience, outcome, tone and offer answers can inherit saved Product details; the useful outcome comes from the saved Outcome field, never from a substituted description.

A saved shared answer is an override and is kept when product defaults change. Review the source labels before replacing it. Saving the common brief does not rewrite campaign copy, publish pages, change checkout prices or replace approved email snapshots. Add the creator’s story, audience beliefs and objections only when they help this offer.

Keep unknowns honest. If you have no customer proof, do not fill the gap with invented results. Use a clear explanation, sample or demonstration instead.

Choose the tool for the job

  • Offer research: clarify the audience and test a hypothesis with a waitlist or survey.
  • Sales video: write a script around the creator’s expertise and real recording.
  • Lead capture: create the focused signup or application destination.
  • Campaigns: coordinate copy, assets and a publishing calendar.
  • Emails: review delivery rules and activate follow-up only when ready.
  • Results: inspect measured visits, leads, bookings and purchases.

Review before execution

AI outputs are proposals. Check claims, source permissions, the offer and the destination before applying copy or activating a sequence. A calendar reminder is not automatic social publishing.

Start with one message and one destination. Use the measured response to decide the next experiment instead of adding every available channel at once.
