A draft did not save
Keep the editor open. Read the error and use Retry save after checking the connection. If required fields or URLs are invalid, correct the highlighted setting before retrying.
A newer draft conflict means the server has another saved version. Compare the versions before loading the saved draft or keeping your local draft for a deliberate save. Do not repeatedly overwrite someone else’s work without reviewing the difference.
Generation or upload stopped
Preserve original files and your current text. Check whether the job is still running before starting another generation. Read the operation’s size, type and credit limits instead of changing unrelated settings.
An upload can finish while the product attachment save fails. Use the available attachment recovery rather than uploading duplicate files. Private source processing does not automatically publish anything.
Email or checkout is unavailable
Read the readiness details to distinguish platform configuration, your account setup and the selected product’s missing steps. A platform sender problem cannot be repaired by rewriting the email.
For checkout, verify selling availability, reviewed amount, currency and seller payment capability. Record the visible error and time, plus test or live mode. Do not expose secret keys or ask a buyer to keep paying to reproduce an access problem.
A buyer paid but cannot open the product
Confirm the buyer is using the purchase’s account or verified email. Inspect the original order and provider-backed payment status. Check cancellation, refund or access-end records before changing entitlement.
Owner preview cannot diagnose a real buyer’s permissions because sample access can differ. Use the buyer’s protected route and a controlled authorized test.
Send a useful support report
Include the product name, the action you attempted, approximate time, visible message and whether it happened in test or live mode. A screenshot of the relevant state helps when it contains no secrets or sensitive buyer information.
Keep the original draft and avoid irreversible deletion while the issue is being checked. A recovery route should preserve work and name the next action.
