Upload files and recordings
Keep original resources private, attach the right files and recover interrupted uploads.

Choose the right destination
A product resource, a public sales-page image and a private Creator Library recording have different purposes. Upload into the area where you intend to use the file. Private voice-source recordings are not automatically eligible as public sales media.
- Files & resources attaches original material to the product draft.
- Lesson recording belongs to a specific lesson.
- Sales page image belongs to a public page draft and accepts JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB.
- Sales-page recording accepts MP4 or WebM up to 1 GB.
- Creator Library source material stays private and is reviewed separately for AI context.
Upload, attach and save
Read the accepted formats and size limit beside the control before selecting a file. Wait for upload completion, then confirm the file appears in the intended draft.
Storage and attachment are separate operations. If a file uploaded but the draft could not save, use the previously uploaded file recovery option rather than uploading the same original repeatedly.
Recover an interrupted upload
Keep the original file. If the upload fails, check the current control’s limit, file type and connection, then retry from that control. A renamed file does not change its real type.
Detach removes a draft attachment; it is not the same as deleting all stored copies or revoking every historical customer entitlement. Read the confirmation for the exact scope of any removal.
Check the customer route
Use the member preview to inspect the resource placement. A real buyer test must separately confirm that an entitled buyer can open the file and a signed-out visitor cannot open protected content. Public page publication should expose only the media explicitly selected for that page.
